Here is a story told by one of the kids on the trip that had a big impact on them:

We met a man named Jeremy. He bought a big mansion that is worth more than he bought it for. He wants to turn the mansion into a youth center for local kids, instead of using it for him. He doesn't have enough money to do all of the work that needs to be done. But, he has enough faith. He has faith for God to work in the kids' lives.

The mansion used to be a hospital. It even still had x-ray machines in it. We got to help Jeremy with some work. We had to wear goggles and face masks to keep the debris, dirt, and dust out of our faces. The basement used to be a morgue, but Jeremy has faith that one day it will be filled with kids! YAY!
